Minutes of the special meeting of the Edmond Town Hall Board of Managers held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in the Mary Hawley Room, Edmond Town Hall, 45 Main
Street, Newtown, CT.
PRESENT: James Juliano, Chairman, Mary Fellows, Sandra Motyka, Karen Pierce, and Marie Smith
ALSO PRESENT: Margot Hall
Chairman James Juliano called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. and announced the purpose of the special meeting: To fill the seat on the board vacated by the resignation of Kathleen Madzula.
Motion: Sandra Motyka nominated Margot Hall to fill the vacancy on the board created by the resignation of Kathleen Madzula. Seconded by Marie Smith. Vote: Unanimous: All in favor of seating Margot Hall.
A discussion followed to introduce Ms. Hall to the various duties and responsibilities of the Board .
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
